Started farming in the middle of a rice paddy in April 2017 and produced ‘eco-friendly agricultural products’
On April 28, 2017, in the middle of the Daegal-ri plains in Anseong, Gyeonggi-do, an eco-friendly town, we reclaimed a rice paddy and built an agricultural production infrastructure, and came up with a solution for how people could receive good food directly from the farm.
As an alternative, we developed a native oyster mushroom and a fully grown oyster mushroom at our Jeonnam Agricultural Research and Extension Services. We have started producing jujubes by grinding waste soil into sawdust and composting jujube trees.
After that, we started exporting oyster mushrooms and jujubes to the United States in 2021, and we will use these oyster mushrooms to launch two types of dried Korean meal kits, Japchae and Mala Japchae, exporting them to the United States, France, Thailand, Singapore, etc., pioneering new K-FOOD and leading agricultural and food product trends.
